Join the Clanrye Group Youth Academy Placement Program (Lurgan, Portadown)

Zero Cost to You: The one-week equivalent work placement is provided at no charge to the employer.
Flexible Schedule: Placements take place one/two day per week, allowing the student to learn without disrupting your daily operations.
Placement Duration: Typically last for the duration of the academic year, though we offer flexibility to suit your organization’s needs.
Duration: While we aim for the placement to last the full school term, we offer total flexibility—you can cancel the placement at any point if your circumstances change.
Dedicated Support: Every student is assigned a designated mentor to answer questions and ensure the placement runs smoothly for both the business and the placement.

Building Futures: This is a brand-new project designed to give young adults the vital experience they need to enter the workforce.

Insurance: Participating employers must hold standard Public Liability Insurance.

Current Areas: This program is currently available across Co. Down, Co. Armagh, and surrounding areas (depending on student travel feasibility).
